The camera zooms in on her gaping anus as it releases its load, then cuts back to Cassie wiping herself with a disgustingly filthy wipe. Her sweat-soaked top clinging to her skin, Cassie leans forward and reveals the mess accumulating on the floor beneath the toilet.

Despite her best efforts, Cassie finds that she's not quite finished emptying her bowels. Reluctantly, she climbs back onto the toilet and begins the process all over again. This time, the camera captures every gassy rip and splat in graphic detail. As she wipes herself clean once more, viewers get a close-up view of the mess left behind. The video concludes with Cassie standing up, still clutching her belly in pain, her defeated sigh echoing through the room.
