Crackly Monster Constipated Poop in Diaper Under Jeans

Ive been holding this poop since I wasnt feeling well and it made me backed up. I really hope I can push this out! Since I love my light wash blue jeans so much, I want to take a big poop in them but how can I keep them clean? A diaper! I put on the crinkly diaper then pull on my jeans on top.
