Lady Scarlet stood in front of her old, dilapidated horse and sighed. She let her gaze fall on the mangy creature, its ribs showing through its thin coat of fur. It was clear that this old nag wasn't going to give her the ride she deserved today. With a huff of annoyance, Lady Scarlet kicked at the dirt, sending small clouds of dust into the air. She clenched her fists at her sides, her frustration growing with each passing moment.

She walked over to the empty bowl and set it down in front of the horse, making sure it was visible from where she'd be riding. The horse's head turned slightly, perhaps sensing that something wasn't quite right. Lady Scarlet stepped up onto the stool, her stiletto heels clacking against the hardwood floor. She mounted the horse, pressing herself against its back and grabbing the reins tightly in her hands.

Looking down at the bowl, she gave the horse a stern look. "I want a good ride," she said with a raised eyebrow, "and if you don't commit yourself, you won't have your daily meal." She waited for a moment, watching as the horse's eyes darted back and forth between her and the empty bowl. With a frustrated groan, Lady Scarlet took hold of the reins and prodded the horse's flanks with them.
The old creature let out a groan as it took its first step forward, its knees creaking and protesting against the movement. It managed to take a few more steps before stumbling, its weak legs unable to carry its heavy rider. Lady Scarlet gritted her teeth as she felt herself starting to slide off the side of the horse, but before she could fall, she remembered the whip at her side.
With a wicked smile, she raised the whip and brought it down on the horse's back, the crack echoing through the room. The horse let out a startled whinny and shifted its weight, trying to throw off the unwanted rider. However, Lady Scarlet was not to be deterred. She continued to strike the horse with the whip, driving her point home that it would have to do as she commanded.
Again and again, the whip cracked through the air, landing on the horse's flesh with an audible thwack. Eventually, the horse managed to stumble into a slow trot, their movements jerky and unsteady. But it was progress, and Lady Scarlet was determined to make the most of it.
She urged the horse to go faster, digging her heels into its sides and shouting commands at it. For a moment, it seemed like the horse would actually manage to keep up, but then its old legs gave out again, sending Lady Scarlet tumbling to the ground. Dust and dirt filled the air around her as the horse collapsed in a heap, its breath coming in ragged gasps.
Furious now, Lady Scarlet snatched up the whip and lashed out at the creature, tearing into its flesh with every strike. Her face was contorted with anger, her eyes blazing with rage. This would not do. This old nag would not be able to give her the ride she deserved. With a huff of disgust, she tossed the whip aside and stomped off, leaving the poor horse to writhe in pain on the ground.
Returning to her room, Lady Scarlet took a long, slow breath, trying to calm her racing heart. She walked over to the window and looked out at the yard, her eyes falling once again on the pathetic creature that lay in the dirt. A slow smirk spread across her face as she made her decision.
No, this old nag wasn't going to cut it. But she had one more use for it. With a mischievous grin, she walked over to her toilet and sat down, her thoughts turning to the revenge she planned to enact upon her poor steed.
With a sigh of satisfaction, Lady Scarlet leaned back against the cool porcelain of the toilet, smirking to herself as she thought about the punishment she'd have for this shitty pony.
