When Mistress Gaia finally returned, she was carrying a large bucket of what appeared to be food scraps. She set it down in front of Alex and smiled down at him, "This is your first meal, my sweet toilet. Now, don't forget what I told you. You are only allowed to eat this and drink my pee for the next three days. If you don't follow my rules, you'll be punished severely." She kicked him playfully, "Now, eat up!"

Alex hesitated for a moment before leaning in to take a whiff of the bucket. His nose was immediately assaulted by the putrid smell of rotting food mixed with the metallic tang of blood. He gagged slightly but forced himself to open his mouth and take a bite. The taste was even worse than the smell, and he couldn't help but retch as he forced himself to swallow. Mistress Gaia watched with amusement as Alex struggled to consume his meal, occasionally kicking him to encourage him to eat faster.

As the hours passed, Alex found himself growing accustomed to the disgusting taste and the constant nausea that accompanied it. He had little else to do but focus on his training, so he tried to ignore the discomfort as best he could. Mistress Gaia continued to periodically bring him buckets of her waste, and each time he consumed it, he felt a strange sense of satisfaction mixed with revulsion. It was as if he was being torn between two extreme emotions, but he couldn't deny that he was getting off on it in some twisted way.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, Mistress Gaia returned with a fresh bucket of her waste. This time, however, she also brought a small pitcher of her pee. "It's time to cleanse your body," she said as she handed him the pitcher, "Drink up." Alex hesitated for a moment before taking a sip of the cool, slightly sweet liquid. To his surprise, it actually tasted somewhat pleasant compared to what he had just consumed. He drained the pitcher quickly and eagerly awaited his next meal.
