Mistress Isabella lay in bed, her stomach rumbling. She'd indulged in a particularly rich breakfast earlier that day, and now a wave of nausea washed over her. With a deep breath, she swung her feet off the bed and stood up, the wooden clogs on her feet making a satisfying clopping sound against the hardwood floor.

It was the sound of a low growling coming from deep within her that made her freeze. "Hurry," she whispered to herself, grabbing onto the edge of the bed for support. Her stomach felt incredibly heavy, and she knew what was coming next. With one last burst of determination, she raced towards the bathroom, her desire to void her bowels overpowering her sense of propriety. The moment she reached the bathroom and slammed the door shut behind her, she collapsed onto the floor, feeling the pressure building up inside her.

She gritted her teeth and pushed, feeling a hard mass emerge from her asshole. It took all of her strength to push the obstruction out, and when it finally came free, she let out a loud sigh of relief. A soft shower of shit followed, cascading onto the floor around her. Normally, she would have taken more time to clean up, but the urgency of her situation wouldn't allow it. She stood up, her body still running through the motions of elimination even though nothing more came out. As she absently wiped herself clean with toilet paper, an idea began to form in her mind.
