My first enema

Ive actually never done an enema before and wanted to try it out. Using an (admittedly not very stable) anal douche, I pump some warm water into my intestines and shit it out again together with my intestinal contents. Its crazy how badly it all wants to come out! Ill show you the result in the shower and then rinse again, but only brownish water comes out.
