Poops After Physical Therapy

I have the urge to shit, but Im running to my physical therapy. I decide to hold back the urge, so I dont miss my appointment. I do my exercises thinking of you, my dirty toilet, so I give you a peak at my feet during therapy. After my time is up, I really have to shit. I rush to to the bathroom, and release my creamy load in the toilet. I give you a nice look at my shit in the toilet bowl. I drive home, and I need to poop again when I walk in the door. I feel so much better after exercising and pooping so much!
