Resolution Tight Shit

New Years Resolution turns into tight painful constipation. Today I got to get it out. Youd think trying to eat better in life drink more water would be great for me and my shit would slide right out. Over the last 12 days Ive ate eggs, chicken veggies and tons of water. Im tight stopped up and havent had a solid healthy shit since the first. Today I feel the urge, thank goodness. Its straining and aching, lots of pushing. I have hard dry condensed little turds that must have been blocking me up. I grunt push hard strain it out. Hopefully it will be smoother from here!
