Nurse Rosella was a skilled and dedicated healthcare professional who took pride in her work. Today, she found herself caring for a special patient, one who had a rare condition that required her to collect not just one, but two samples: a urine and sperm sample. The task at hand was challenging, but Rosella was determined to help this individual find relief from their symptoms.

As she entered the patient's room, she could sense their unease. The man was clearly uncomfortable with the situation, which only served to make Rosella more determined to help him. With calm assurance, she explained the importance of providing accurate samples for analysis. She explained that by doing so, they could identify any potential issues that could be causing his discomfort and develop an effective treatment plan.

First, she told him, she needed a urine sample. This was not unusual in her line of work, but she knew it could be difficult for someone who was experiencing incontinence or other embarrassing symptoms. Gently, she guided him to the toilet and held the bowl for him, preparing to catch his urine. However, as she watched him struggle to begin peeing, she realized he might need a bit of guidance.

Taking a deep breath, she set aside the bowl and walked over to the counter. She filled a small cup with water, took a sip, and then turned back to the man. "Sometimes it helps to see someone else do it," she said softly, before lifting her own lab coat and pulling down her panties to reveal her bare bottom. "Why don't you try watching me?"

Her suggestion seemed to work. The man took a deep breath, and with a little encouragement from Rosella, he was able to begin urinating into the bowl. As he did so, she kept an eye on him, offering supportive words and gentle guidance when needed. When he finally finished, she helped him clean up and then took the bowl over to the sink to analyze the sample.

Once she was sure everything was in order, she turned back to the man. "Thank you for your help," she said, her voice warm with appreciation. "Now, I need another sample - this time, a sperm sample. I know this can be a bit more challenging, but I promise I'll be here to help you through it."
