Eating pizza has always been one of your favorite things to do, but never before have you experienced such an overwhelming need to move your bowels. But there's no running away from the urge this time - it's commanding you to empty your full and distended bowels immediately. Without a moment's thought, you rise from the couch and make your way towards the bathroom, ready to relieve yourself of the overwhelming burden weighing down on your colon.
