Swallow my Piss or Sleep in It

My human toilet trainee is woken up in the middle of the night as he sleeps beside the toilet. However as he is in training he choses to spit my piss rather than swallow. Thats fine, but he has to live with his decision by sleeping in the mess he made. I dont see my porcelain toilet spitting any of my piss or shit out and neither should he.
