The old man lay on his hospital bed, trembling with fear as the stern-faced nurse entered the room. She was introduced to him as the one who would be taking care of him during his recovery, but he couldn't shake the feeling that she was up to something sinister. His intuition proved correct as soon as she was left alone with him; she grabbed him by the legs and threw him to the floor, sending him crashing onto his back in pain. The nurse's cruel grin widened as she stepped over his body, stomping on his chest and abdomen with her heavy boots.

As the old man struggled to catch his breath and find purchase on the smooth surface beneath him, the nurse continued her assault, showing no mercy for his weakened state. He could only lay there, helpless as she inflicted pain upon him, his body aching from the unrelenting weight of her boots. After what seemed like an eternity, she finally stopped, standing over him with her hands on her hips, a twisted smile playing on her lips.

"There, there," she mocked. "That should teach you to be a good little patient."

Without warning, she reached down and grabbed the old man by the collar, hauling him to his feet. He winced in pain as she dragged him towards the bathroom, his limp body bouncing along behind her. Once inside, she closed the door behind them and locked it, despite his protests. The old man watched in horror as she went to the toilet and urinated directly onto his chest, splashing him with warm, stinging liquid. She gleefully watched as he tried to protect himself from the stream of piss, her dark eyes filled with delight at his helplessness.

Next, she led him over to the bathtub and pushed him face-first onto the edge. With one last glance of malicious amusement, she pulled down his hospital gown, exposing his vulnerable ass to her twisted desires. The old man felt a cold, creeping sensation on his backside as he realized what was about to happen. He tried to squirm away, but it was too late. The nurse lifted up her legs and pressed them against his back, pinning him in place as she lowered herself onto the toilet seat. Before he could even react, she lifted her ass off the seat and slammed it down onto his face, burying his nose and mouth in the warm, sticky mess she had just produced. He felt her weight pressing down on him, the stench of her shit filling his nostrils, choking him as he struggled to breathe through her filth.

Panting heavily, the nurse finally lifted herself off of him, leaving him to lay in the growing pool of shit that covered his face and chest. She stood over him, savoring the sight of his miserable, shit-covered form. After a few moments, she reached down and hooked one finger under his chin, lifting his face out of the muck. She pressed his mouth to her sticky ass, forcing him to taste his own filth mixed with hers. He tried to resist, but she was too strong. With a cruel laugh, she pulled her underwear up, leaving him covered in the foul stench of their combined shit and urine. Finally, she unlocked the bathroom door and pushed him back onto the hospital bed, leaving him there to contemplate the rest of his miserable existence under her care.
