Yep, its as bad as it sounds! I strap myself down by my neck and head and squeeze my funnel gag through the mouth hole in my rubber hood forming a tight seal, before tying it round the back of my head. In the release mechanism above me lies 1.2 litres of cold, stinking liquid poop, made from blending 3 of my loads with piss. Ughhh this one was super intense. Before starting I placed my rubber tube gag in my toilet mouth and tied it tightly around my head to ensure I couldnt close my mouth. I then slipped my head through a hole in the bottom of a clear bag and taped it around my neck.
